Who We Are:

We are a husband and wife team, who run and manage Graham and Kelly Fine Homes. Working with your spouse can be exciting (and challenging), but we have found that having diverse backgrounds, and specific skill sets, truly sets up a scenario where 1+1=5. We love that those differences help us excel in what matters to us most- assisting our clients in an elegant, beautiful way; providing incredible service, with amazing results.
We are proud that this is a family-run business. The concepts of “home” and “family” are two topics that people are fiercely passionate about- and we understand that. Our team has been helping our neighbors buy and sell real estate for over 12 years, but our ties to the industry are much older. Kelly is a 3rd generation REALTOR, and we have both been mentored by some of the most prominent and innovative individuals and teams within the industry.
We take our career seriously, and understand that when you are thinking about buying or selling a home; it’s personal. That’s why we take a ‘people first’ approach. We are honored to have been trusted by generations of area residents, and take real pride in the good name and reputation we have built in our community.

Where to begin!… We recently enlisted the expertise of Graham and Kelly and the work they have put into selling our property is Above and Beyond! Within the 1st day of calling them about questions on selling our property we had a date & time scheduled to meet up and take photos of our place and discuss in detail our options. By the time the listing went active on the MLS they had developed an entire website dedicated to our property and posted on many other listing services. In no time we were receiving numerous calls about the property and had our 1st full price cash offer, before Graham could even present the offer to us, we had a 2nd one come in! With the prompt actions of the team and detailed marketing we were able to review two full priced offers before a week had even passed.
