We recently listed the home of a long-time community resident. He had been a teacher at the local elementary school for over 30 years, and happily, it was time to retire. He was looking forward to moving back to the east coast, where he grew up, to enjoy his retirement. Because he was a fixture in the neighborhood, and a “local celebrity” of sorts, he was nervous that putting his house on the market would create a bit of a circus. That people would be parading through, excited at the chance to see “Mr. So-and-So’s house”. Though he had been a public servant in the area, he relished that his private space was just his. Not wanting to trade profit for privacy- he called us and tasked us with the job of selling his home at a premium price, discreetly. We are always up for a challenge- so we got to work. We made phone calls and sent letters. We contacted our network and quietly built a marketing campaign. 12 days later- we are happy to tell you he received an over asking price offer, and his house is now in escrow and scheduled to close at the end of the school year- without the community ever knowing who it belonged to.
We have been selling real estate in the area for over 15 years- but it isn’t because we love houses. It’s because we are honored to serve people. To help you tell your own success stories, through real estate. Every home, and every homeowner has a story to tell- and we love getting the chance to help tell it. What’s your story- and how can we help you write your happy ending?
