As licensed REALTORS®, we have the rare honor and privilege of making a significant impact in people’s lives. Those defining moments from buying your first home to upsizing as your family grows; from growing your wealth through investment to downsizing for a perfect retirement. And we are there all the way through it with you. What other industry allows such a unique and exciting opportunity?! If people are LUCKY, they get to be a part of that once in a great while; I get to do it every day. I feel truly blessed to do what I do- and love every minute of it!
I am a third generation REALTOR®, with extensive knowledge of the real estate industry. In 2004 I graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Marketing, and a minor in Spanish. An internship my senior year at Merrill Lynch, helped me realize how satisfying it was to help people achieve their financial goals. Soon, after college, I began a career in mortgage banking.
Working for such lending giants as Washington Mutual, Wachovia, and Wells Fargo gave me a deep understanding of real estate’s lending side. However, loan officers always seemed to be in the bank branches, or lending centers. REALTORs, on the other hand, were out in the field with clients, making a greater impact on a face to face, personal level. So, I acquired my real estate license and joined forces with my husband Graham, who has been a practicing REALTOR since 2004.
I love working in real estate, especially in my own neighborhood. I have found that I have a deeper understanding of what my neighbors, and my community, want in a REALTOR®. Hyper-local knowledge, a keen ability to negotiate the toughest transactions, and someone who is easy to contact, and quick to respond are on the top of that list. The gratification I gain from helping people achieve their financial goals, through the purchase or sale of real estate, has grown with my experience in the industry. Assisting friends and neighbors achieve their own goals is what drives me, every day.
